Description
You will truly straddle the strategy and execution of the customer-facing digital/technology product. You will conduct analyses of market trends, customer empathy, and internal and external data to define a differentiated product vision that delivers unique value. As a leader in the discipline, you will influence others on product design, best practices, and principles. You will drive strategy and innovation as it relates to future technology products. This role is accountable for achieving more significant/broad business outcomes and metrics in alignment with area/enterprise goals. You will report to a senior manager, digital and technology product. #LI-Hybrid Position Compensation Range: $128,000.00 - $218,000.00Pay Rate Type: SalaryCompensation may vary based on the job level and your geographic work location. In this hybrid role you will be expected to work 10 days per month out of one of the following offices: Madison, WI, Boston, MA.
