We're looking for a Manager, Project Coordinators, Professional Services to join Procore's Professional Services team. In this role, you'll lead and mentor a team of Project Coordinators who support packaged services engagements across our ecosystem. The primary goal of this role is to drive operational excellence, elevate team performance, and ensure our professional services delivery scales efficiently while maintaining high client satisfaction. As a Manager, Project Coordinators, you'll partner with Professional Services Leadership, Sales, Customer Success, and Delivery teams to optimize resource allocation, refine workflows, and clear roadblocks for your team. Use your people leadership, project management expertise, and process optimization skills to build a high-performing team and foster an environment of continuous improvement. Base Pay Range: 114,400.00 - 157,300.00 USD AnnualThis role may also be eligible for Equity Compensation and/or Bonus Incentive Compensation.
