Job Overview The Manager, MDM Data Process and Solution Design leads the design of scalable, integrated data solutions aligned to enterprise strategy and business needs. This role exercises independent judgment on matters of significance by establishing enterprise data design strategy, governing architectural standards, and leading people and outcomes. The role is primarily responsible for strategic direction and oversight rather than hands on design execution. Duties & Responsibilities Enterprise data design strategy, architecture standards, and roadmap ownership Leadership, people management, and capability development Cross functional design governance, stakeholder alignment, and decision authority Oversight of solution quality, scalability, and architectural compliance Escalation management, risk mitigation, and design trade off decisions Other duties as assigned Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities 3+ years of experience in data architecture, MDM, or solution design 3+ years in leadership or people management Data modeling (logical and physical) MDM platforms and architecture (e.g., SAP) System integration and APIs Strategic planning and leadership Knowledge of Cloud/data platforms (preferred) Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree (4 years) 3 to up to 5 years of relevant work experience Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field Work Environment Office Environment Equal Opportunity Employer - All qualified applicants will be considered for employment without regard to disability, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by applicable law.
