Job Overview

The Manager, MDM Data Governance and Quality leads the enterprise data governance framework. This role ensures high-quality, compliant, and trusted data through defined policies, ownership models, and performance oversight. The MDM Data Governance and Quality Manager exercises independent judgment on matters of significance, establishes enterprise governance direction, and leads people and processes rather than performing transactional data activities.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Enterprise governance strategy, policy, and operating model ownership
  • Leadership, people management, and capability development.
  • Governance councils, stakeholder alignment, and decision authority
  • Data quality performance oversight, KPIs, and compliance monitoring.
  • Escalation management, risk mitigation, and audit support
  • Other duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

  • 3+ years of experience in data management, governance, or analytics
  • 3+ years in leadership or people management
  • Data governance frameworks (e.g., DAMA-DMBOK, DGI, PwC)
  • Data quality management and KPI development
  • Regulatory and compliance knowledge
  • Leadership and stakeholder management
  • Strategic thinking and change management

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (4 years)
  • 3 to up to 5 years of relevant work experience

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or Data & Analytics
