Job Overview

Leads the strategic direction and operating effectiveness of master data services with accountability for scalable process design, governance, automation, and enterprise enablement. The role applies broad business and systems knowledge to redesign operational models, embed technology enabled capabilities, and establish self-service and education frameworks that improve quality, control, and organizational adoption. Work requires independent judgement, cross-functional influence, and translation of complex operational insights into strategies that impact multiple functions.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Strategic operating model design, capacity planning, and service delivery governance
  • Automation innovation, technology integration, and self-service capability development
  • Enterprise education, documentation, and teammate enablement for master data adoption
  • Operational analytics, insight generation, performance metrics, and continuous improvement
  • Cross-functional leadership, governance alignment, risk management, and issue resolution oversight
  • Other duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

  • 5+ years of progressively responsible experience in master data, business operations, supply chain, or enterprise data management
  • 3+ years in leadership or people management
  • Operations management
  • KPI tracking and reporting
  • Leadership and coaching
  • Issue resolution
  • Process optimization
  • Experience building enterprise education, documentation, and change enablement programs

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (4 years)
  • 3 to up to 5 years of relevant work experience
