Job Description

You will ensure accurate inventory control through transaction documentation, cycle counts, discrepancy analysis, and auditing inbound and outbound shipments. You will also compile and record all inventoryrelated data for system entry. You will have a strong customer and business partner understanding to deliver strategic value and support customerdriven priorities. Building crossfunctional relationships, encouraging collaboration, and motivating others toward our goals are important components of the role. You will report to the Production Control Manager and be onsite 5 days a week based in Mequon, WI.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Understanding of production processes and material flow.
  • Support product phasein/phaseout and minimizing excess/obsolete inventory.
  • Accept change and manage varied assignments.
  • Familiarity with maintaining BOM accuracy and processing ECNs.
  • Understanding of MRP concepts and processes.
  • Support process optimization and efficiency initiatives.
  • Microsoft Office proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
  • Selfdirect, meet deadlines, and manage multiple tasks.
The Essentials - You Will Have:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Relevant Field.
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.
The Preferred - You Might Also Have:
  • Bachelor's degree or technical diploma - preferred in supply chain, operations, or related field.
  • APICS certification.
  • 1 year experience with computerbased manufacturing systems. ERP/MRP system knowledge.
