Role Overview The Associate Director, Commercial Sales Operations accelerates growth by building the systems, insights, and processes that power a high-performing commercial organization. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys designing scalable CRM solutions, building dashboards that drive decisions, and turning data into actions that improve sales outcomes. You will partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and IT to enhance visibility, optimize performance, and bring structure to a fast-growing business. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will both design and deliver. Key Responsibilities
- Build and optimize CRM strategy (Salesforce or similar), creating scalable processes that improve adoption, data quality, and sales effectiveness
- Design and deliver dashboards and reporting that provide clear, real-time visibility into pipeline health, performance trends, and growth opportunities
- Lead forecasting and pipeline management processes, improving accuracy, predictability, and alignment with healthcare buying cycles
- Develop analytics that translate complex data into actionable insights to drive decision-making and revenue outcomes
- Establish strong customer data governance, ensuring clean, connected data across CRM, finance, and operational systems
- Lead contract operations and RFP/RFI processes, creating structured, repeatable workflows that improve speed, quality, and win rates
- Support pricing strategy and commercial governance, partnering with Finance to balance competitiveness and profitability
- Coach and lead a small team while working cross-functionally to drive alignment, standardization, and continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or a related field; MBA preferred
- 7-10+ years of experience in commercial operations, sales operations, or revenue operations, ideally within healthcare or a service-based model
- Proven experience building CRM processes, dashboards, and analytics that improve sales performance and decision-making
- Strong expertise in forecasting, pipeline management, and data-driven revenue planning
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and influence cross-functional stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms; additional certifications or analytics tools experience are a plus
