As a Security Officer Credential Check in Port Saint Lucie, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Residential, and more. Join Allied Universal at a residential location where you will help manage access control, monitor entry points, and support a welcoming environment for residents and guests. This role includes observing activity, responding to security-related concerns, and delivering strong customer service and communication. Pay Rate: $17.77 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to residents, guests, visitors, and/or vendors by following site-specific access control procedures and community policies.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or visitor authorization, and document arrivals, departures, and unusual activity in accordance with post guidelines.
• Respond to incidents, resident concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate relevant details to property management and/or emergency services when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the residential location and perimeter to help identify security-related concerns, access issues, and/or property irregularities.
• Support a welcoming residential environment by assisting with directions, answering general questions, and reporting maintenance, parking, and/or policy-related observations through proper channels.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
