About the Hiring Group Join RTI International's Global Human Resources team this summer for an immersive experience at the intersection of AI, HR strategy, and business impact, while gaining meaningful, real-world exposure across multiple HR disciplines. We are seeking two enthusiastic interns to join our HR team for a structured summer internship focused on exploring the role of AI in streamlining recruitment processes and enhancing candidate experience. What You'll Do Program Structure: Intern Pods & Rotations Interns will work in a collaborative pod model, partnering closely with another intern to drive shared deliverables and cross-learning. Throughout the internship, interns will rotate across three core HR functions to gain a holistic view of the employee lifecycle: HR Systems: Exposure to systems, tools, and AI applications supporting HR operations. Talent Acquisition Partnering: Direct experience with recruitment strategy, candidate experience, and hiring workflows. HR Business Partnering: Insight into workforce planning, stakeholder support, and organizational strategy Each rotation will include defined deliverables, mentorship, and opportunities to present insights back to HR leadership.
