This role supports a global Executive Briefing Program focused on delivering high-impact, customer-facing engagements for enterprise leaders. The program is designed to accelerate adoption of advanced technologies and position the organization as a trusted strategic advisor through curated executive experiences and events.
The Coordinator plays a key role in planning, executing, and extending the impact of strategic event programs, including follow-on executive briefings and customer engagements.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end event logistics including registration, content readiness, and onsite execution
- Manage event platforms (e.g., Cvent), including registration page creation and attendee tracking
- Develop and maintain customer communications and social media campaigns
- Ensure readiness of event technology, including hardware, software, and demo environments
- Serve as the onsite technical point of contact during events
- Maintain documentation, SOPs, and continuously improve event processes and tools
- Track and report key performance metrics (e.g., pipeline contribution, engagement conversion)
- Coordinate content localization efforts across multiple languages (e.g., French Canadian, Spanish, Portuguese)
- Maintain operational tools such as SharePoint sites, event calendars, and program documentation
- Collaborate with sales teams, partners, and stakeholders to identify target attendees and opportunities
- Drive post-event engagement, including conversion into follow-up executive briefings
- Coordinate briefing intake, scheduling, and pre-brief alignment
- Support agenda development and ensure consistency across program messaging
- Manage onsite logistics including attendee check-in, agenda flow, and issue resolution
- Act as liaison across cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution
Required Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of experience in event program management, executive briefings, or field marketing
- Experience supporting B2B technology events or enterprise customer engagements
- Strong experience managing full event lifecycle (planning through execution)
- Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (sales, marketing, partners)
- Experience driving post-event follow-up and supporting pipeline development
- Excellent organizational, project management, and communication skills
- Proficiency with event tools (e.g., Cvent) and Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

The pay for this W-2 position ranges from $30-$40 per hour. This position may be eligible for PTO, health and dental insurance, and/or 401(k) benefits upon meeting certain length of service and hours requirements.
