Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a professional, customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role provides administrative support while delivering exceptional customer service through phone, email, and in-person interactions.

Key Responsibilities

  Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person.

  Process customer orders, applications, invoices, and service requests.

  
  
• 
  

  Provide accurate pricing, product, and delivery information.

  Coordinate customer needs with sales, operations, and other internal departments.

  Resolve customer concerns and complaints in a professional and timely manner.

  Set up and maintain customer accounts and databases.

  Perform general administrative duties, including filing, document preparation, correspondence, and mail processing.

  Manage office and kitchen supply inventory and purchasing as needed.

  Organize workflow and prioritize tasks to meet customer expectations and deadlines.

  Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned.
