Summary Job Description: Paramedic- Full Time Status: Full Time Job Summary: Provides advanced life support care to patients who are ill and/or injured. Transports and transferspatients and assess the extent of an illness or injury to establish and prioritize medical procedures tofollow. Applies artificial respiration or administers oxygen in cases of suffocation and asphyxiation, startsand administers intravenous fluids, performs other emergency medical interventions in accordance with State and Locally approved medical protocols.
