Description

Collide, part of the Propelis Group, provides brand activation solutions across print, promo, digital and fabrication, supporting large and small brands around the world from brand creation to implementation.

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Fulfillment Associate is responsible for handling, packaging, and shipping signage and printed materials while ensuring product quality and timely order fulfillment. This role requires attention to detail, precision handling of signage materials, and teamwork to meet customer expectations.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:



  • Pick, pack, and ship signage, decals, hardware, and other graphic products.
  • Handle and prepare delicate materials, including vinyl, acrylic, polycarbonate, Cintra, and large-format prints.
  • Perform quality checks to ensure signs meet client specifications.
  • Maintain an organized workspace and ensure proper storage of materials.
  • Report any inventory discrepancies to the Fulfillment Team Lead, or Master Fulfillment Associate
  • Responds accordingly to the fulfillment demand level.
  • Use digital order management systems to verify inventory levels, and item locations.
  • Utilize Mondy.com to submit material requests.
  • Follow company safety procedures when handling sharp tools, and large materials.
  • Additional duties as assigned.



QUALIFICATIONS:



  • High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) preferred.
  • Experience in warehousing, fulfillment, or signage production is a preferred.
  • Basic degree of proficiency in MS Office Suite, Outlook & Internet applications.
  • Basic verbal and written communication skills (including analysis, interpretation, & reasoning).
  • Basic understanding and application of mathematical concepts.
  • Ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with peers and colleagues across the organization
  • Ability to work well autonomously and within a team in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment.
  • Ability to work with and influence peers and management.
  • Self-motivated with critical attention to detail, deadlines and reporting.
  • Ability to work overtime as necessary.



PHYSICAL ASPECTS/WORK ENVIRONMENT:



  • Regularly required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; and talk, hear and see.
  • Regularly/Occasionally lift and/or move up to 50
  • Regularly/Occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, moving mechanical parts, fumes or airborne particles, extreme cold & heat, risk of electrical shock, and toxic or caustic chemicals.
  • The noise level in the work environment may be high.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay for this position is $15 USD hourly. Ultimately, in determining pay, we will consider the successful candidate's location, experience, and other job-related factors.
