Supply Chain Analyst

Onsite - Scranton, PA

Supply Chain Analyst serves as a key point of contact between various internal teams. This open position will work continuously to optimize supply chain & planning performance by working directly with planning, supply chain, customer service, warehouse, & operations teams. An ideal candidate is someone with strong analytical skills and the ability to process and synthesize data from multiple disparate sources.

Responsibilities:



  • Monitor and analyze supply chain performance metrics, including on-time delivery and cost, to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Partner with supply chain, business, and customer service teams to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Work with plant and planning teams to improve supply chain planning outcomes.
  • Manage inventory planning and order updates in the ERP M3 system.
  • Support the Material Manager in developing planning models for supply chain activities.
  • Build and maintain supply chain reporting to track performance across key operational areas.
  • Execute inventory strategies to optimize stock levels, turns, and overall inventory health.
  • Monitor KPIs including inventory levels, lead times, fill rates, and on-time delivery.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve planning tools and inventory processes.
  • Communicate product availability, schedule changes, and inquiries with Sales, Supply Chain, and Operations teams.
  • Generate action reports and release work orders to machine shop and assembly teams.


Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:



  • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects independently in a team environment.
  • Proactive problem-solving and self-directed work style.
  • Understanding of quality standards and planning procedures.
  • Experience in manufacturing planning and scheduling across multiple shifts and product lines.
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office skills; Power BI experience preferred.


Education & Experience:



  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree, or equivalent related experience.
  • 3-7 years of experience in planning, purchasing, supply chain, or manufacturing in a Lean environment.
  • Experience with ERP and SAP systems.
