E.A. Sween is hiring an experienced Lead Delivery Driver for our overnight operation. This is a hands-on working lead role where you will drive local routes in a 26-ft box truck, deliver fresh food products to 7-Eleven stores, train and support drivers, and help keep daily operations running safely and efficiently.

No CDL required. You must have at least 3 years of experience driving a box truck or larger vehicle.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

* Drive a 26-ft box truck on local delivery routes
* Deliver fresh food products to 7-Eleven stores
* Cover open routes and shifts as needed
* Train, coach, and support new and current drivers
* Help coordinate daily route execution
* Support drivers with route, delivery, and operational issues
* Ensure manifests, FERs, DOT logs, and required documentation are completed accurately
* Monitor fleet cleanliness and readiness
* Reinforce DOT, HACCP, OSHA, and company safety standards
* Assist with vehicle incidents and workers' compensation reporting
* Partner with the Distribution Supervisor to keep operations running smoothly

WHAT YOU NEED

* At least 3 years of experience driving a box truck or larger vehicle
* Must be at least 21 years old
* Valid driver's license in your state of residence
* MVR that meets company guidelines
* DOT compliant
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Ability to train, coach, and support other drivers
* Ability to frequently lift and carry up to 75 lbs.
* Ability to push and pull up to 250 lbs.
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced overnight operation
* Flexibility to cover routes and shifts as needed, including weekends, holidays, and scheduled days off

SCHEDULE

This position supports a 24/7 operation and requires flexibility based on business needs. You must be available to cover routes and shifts when needed, including weekends, holidays, and scheduled days off.
