What We're Looking For:

A detail-oriented and proactive Minibar Attendant who ensures every guest enjoys a seamless in-room experience. You'll take ownership of maintaining well-stocked, organized minibars that reflect Loews Hotels' commitment to quality and hospitality. From inventory accuracy to product freshness, you'll play a key role in creating moments of delight behind the scenes.

What You'll Do:

  • Restock minibars to Loews Hotels' standards, ensuring proper placement and availability.

  • Replace expired or damaged items to maintain product freshness and quality.

  • Conduct daily inventory checks, track usage, and report discrepancies for accurate billing.

  • Monitor and report minibar equipment issues or maintenance needs.

  • Ensure minibars are fully stocked before guest arrivals and replenished during stays.

  • Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests for minibar items.

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of minibars, storage areas, and service trolleys.

  • Follow food safety, sanitation, and alcohol handling policies.

  • Minimize waste and ensure profitability by monitoring product usage.

  • Handle products carefully to prevent breakage and maintain standards.

  • Provide professional and friendly service during guest interactions.

  • Regular attendance in conformance with standards.

  • May be required to work varying schedules to reflect business needs.

  • Required to attend all mandatory training sessions and meetings.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Your Qualifications Include:

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Ability to bend and stoop frequently, push and/or maneuver fully loaded minibar cart.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time efficiently.

  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

The wage for this position is $30.38 to $30.38.
