As an Unarmed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas at a dynamic location, remain visible to help discourage incidents, and support a secure environment through strong communication and customer service. Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a manufacturing and technology location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and/or first responders as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, production areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and help to confirm that only authorized personnel and/or visitors enter restricted areas in accordance with site protocols.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports of patrol activity, incidents, and security-related concerns, and relay important information during shift handoffs and/or as directed by Allied Universal management.

Minimum Requirements:

• A minimum of 2 years of security-related experience is required.
• Client requires proof of high school diploma or GED.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
