Key Responsibilities:

As a Technical Service Specialist - Lamination, you will...

  • Oversee equipment readiness and safe operation of pilot and production laminators
  • Ensure consistent performance across various adhesive chemistries, while also leading lamination-related technical projects supporting R&D, Product Management, and Sales teams
  • Conduct hands-on testing and internal process optimization, as well as collaborate cross-functionally to support product scale-up and quality investigations
  • Support field reps and customers with troubleshooting, line trials, and technical evaluations

  • A Bachelor's degree in a technical field would be preferred, but relevant hands-on experience or technical training will be highly considered in lieu of a degree
  • 2+ years of relevant experience in adhesives, converting, flexible packaging, technical service, manufacturing, or similar environments
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to operate pilot/production-scale laminator equipment
  • Experience with extrusion laminators, adhesive formulation, and/or flexible packaging would be preferred
