Key Tasks:

• Providing technical expertise on various aspects of and issues related to IT &DS capabilities, including but not limited to enterprise architecture, infrastructure, data management, business operations, and artificial intelligence
• Provide oversight and advisory support to development efforts as required by the Sponsor;
• Providing technical expertise in developing options and recommendations on technical solutions, including feasibility, viability, costs, etc. for the Sponsor's consideration;
• Assisting in the Sponsor's determination of the appropriate software development methodology; (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid, multi-domain, etc.) and SecDevOps approach for all projects;
• Assisting in the establishment and collection of metrics (e.g., delivered value over time) across all projects
• Ensuring projects are aware of the standards and governance they need to comply with and advising them on how to comply;
• Assisting with scheduling, organizing logistical support, and hosting project-related meetings, including in-person and remote/virtual vehicles based on technical viability;
• Validating IT &DS capabilities meet mission needs through requirements analysis and testing;
• Working diligently and with minimal guidance with Sponsor projects' stakeholders to gather, analyze, assess, and communicate necessary technical information relevant to project success
• Solicit and incorporate direction and clarifying guidance from the Sponsor and implement necessary changes to content, process, or approach

Required Education / Certifications:

* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience and seven to twelve years of related experience is required.

The proposed salary range for this position in Maryland is 128,000 to 270,000. Final salary will be determined based on various factors.
