We are seeking an experienced General Laboratory Supervisor to lead the daily operations of our hospital-based General Laboratory at our Newark Campus. This is an outstanding opportunity for a collaborative laboratory leader who is passionate about developing people, optimizing operations, and ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and service. Working closely with the Section Manager and laboratory leadership, you'll help shape the future of our laboratory through staff engagement, operational excellence, continuous improvement, and a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care. What You'll Do As the General Laboratory Supervisor, you will provide leadership for a team of Medical Laboratory Scientists and laboratory support staff while ensuring the efficient operation of a busy hospital Core Laboratory.
