PT Program Advisor Essential Job Functions

REQUIRED/MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: * Maintain processes and systems that improve the quality of customer support services. * Demonstrate working functional knowledge and use of Banner and Microsoft Office. * Must possess outstanding communication, critical thinking, customer service, and organizational skills. * Must be detail oriented. * Must be able to work independently and problem solve. * Demonstrate the desire to learn new software requirements to support office functions & efficiency. * Adapt to learning new tasks & skills. Required Education: * Bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited college/university required. Required Experience: * Possess personal computer literacy and good organizational skills. Preferred Experience: * Experience / training in one or more of the following areas: education, teaching, academic advising, recruiting, sales, customer service, marketing, or public relations - preferably at Community College level. * Banner experience preferred.
