Job Summary

The ERP Analystis responsible forleading,managing, configuring, andoptimizingthe organization's Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system to support business operations. This role serves as the bridge between business stakeholders and the IT team, ensuringthatthe ERP platform is aligned with company processes and operational goals.

Key Responsibilities



  • ConfigureERP workflows, settings, and moduleswithin approved standardstosupportbusiness requirements.


  • Partner with business analysts and stakeholders to translate approved business needs into ERP configuration, functional specifications, and testing requirements.


  • Support system testing for upgrades, patches, enhancements, and customizations.


  • Troubleshoot ERP issues, support root-cause analysis, andprovideERP subject-matter guidance to users and support teams.


  • Develop andmaintainreports, dashboards, and data extracts to support decision-making.


  • Coordinatewith ERP vendors on issue resolution, upgrades, and enhancements.


  • Assistwith data integrity, process improvements, and system maintenance.


  • CoordinateERP administrative controls, including user accessrequests, role/security reviews, and segregation-of-duties alignment.


  • SupportERP change intake,impact assessment, testing coordination, release readiness, and post-release validation.


  • Maintain ERPconfigurationdocumentation, support procedures,andrecurringissue patternstostrengthengovernance and continuity.


  • HelpmonitorERPdata quality, system exceptions,andrecurring support trendstoidentifyissues requiring business or process-owner follow-up.


  • Supportorlead defined workstreams withinERP implementations, enhancements,and module rollouts.


  • Analyzing data toidentifytrends, risks, and opportunities.


  • Partner with business analysts, process owners, and stakeholders toidentifyERP-enabled process improvement opportunities.


Essential Skills & Experience



  • Bachelor's degree in MIS, Computer Science orrelated fieldsor/andequivalent experience or a combination of both.


  • Experience with ERP platforms such asMicrosoft Business Central,SAP, Oracle


  • Understanding of APIs, integrations, and system interfaces is preferred.


  • Experience with testing, documentation, and support processes.


  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.


Certifications:



  • ERP-related certifications such asMicrosoft Business Central,SAPor Oracle certifications are a plus.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

All employees, even those in traditional office positions,may be expected tovisit and/orperform work on job sites,requiring flexibility to adapt to diverse environments.Office workisperformed primarily in a modern office setting equipped with collaborative tools and technology. Employees will spendsignificanttimeoperating personal computer equipment, with extended periods of screen time. Noise levels aregenerally lowto moderate, with occasional interruptions from office activity or equipment. Flexibility in work arrangements may allow occasional remote work, depending on the assignment and business needs. Employees maybe requiredto travel to various locations for meetings or project coordination.Jobsite work involves exposure to outdoor weather conditions, uneven surfaces, elevated noise levels, and various workplace hazards, including the risk of electrical shock. Adherence to strict safety protocols is essential. Interstates provides all necessary personal protective equipment (PPE), including hard hats, gloves, high-visibility gear, safety glasses, and role-specific safety gear.
