Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
*Assemble corrugated boxes according to production specifications
*Inspect boxes for quality, proper labeling, and structural integrity
*Supply finished boxes to packaging lines in a timely manner
*Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with GMP standards
*Follow all safety, food safety, and quality policies
*Report damaged materials, equipment issues, or safety concerns to supervision
*Assist with other packaging or production tasks as assigned, including cleaning various work areas throughout the facility

Qualifications / Requirements:
*Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs. repeatedly
*Requires frequent bending, stooping, reaching, and twisting while standing for extended periods of time.
*Basic math and counting skills
*Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
*Willingness to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
*Must comply with GMP requirements, including PPE, hygiene, and dress code standards

Preferred Skills:
*Prior manufacturing or packaging experience
*Familiarity with food or ingredient production environments

Working Conditions:
*Manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, dust, odors, and temperature variations
*Required use of PPE (safety shoes, hair/beard nets, hearing and eye protection, lab coats, bump caps, etc.)
*Work is repetitive in nature and requires patience, consistency, and the ability to stay engaged in a routine-based role.
