We're seeking a dynamic individual to revolutionize training within a vital supply chain operation. In this role, you will empower teams and stakeholders with the knowledge and skills they need to excel, directly impacting the efficiency and success of critical support functions that underpin the entire organization. Your expertise will drive continuous improvement, foster professional growth, and ensure operational excellence across the supply chain.

To be considered for this role, you must:



  • Be authorized to work in the United States
  • Not require sponsorship of any kind for the duration of the assignment
  • Be able to work on a W-2 basis. C2C or 1099 is not permitted for this position
  • Be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends as needed


What You Will Do:



  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop comprehensive training materials for all aspects of supply chain operations.
  • Utilize technology, such as digital learning platforms and video content, to enhance the deployment of training materials.
  • Design and create training content for supply chain stakeholders, to be published on internal communication channels, covering topics such as:
  • Purchase order processes
  • New item introduction workflows
  • Advanced inventory management systems
  • Other essential operational procedures
  • Curate a catalog of external training resources relevant to supply chain leadership development.
  • Work with supply chain leaders to formulate development plans for themselves and their teams.
  • Organize and facilitate group training sessions, including short-format learning events for frontline staff and preparation for relevant industry certifications.
  • Develop concise, single-point lessons for both internal supply chain teams and external partners.
  • Provide coaching and training to staff, focusing on efficiency improvements through cross-training and functional team development.
  • Drive initiatives to enhance staff engagement, retention, and continuous effective training.
  • Conduct thorough training and development needs analyses and assessments at both organizational and individual levels.
  • Design and implement targeted training and development programs to address identified needs.
  • Plan, develop, and deliver individual and group instructional programs covering a broad spectrum of technical and operational skills.
  • Contribute to the development of training curricula, formulate and review training outlines, and determine appropriate instructional methodologies and formats.
  • Evaluate and recommend the integration of vendor programs to meet overall training goals.
  • Create and prepare teaching aids, visual materials, instructional content, computer tutorials, and reference documents.
  • Assess the effectiveness of training and development programs, using evaluation data to refine or recommend changes to instructional objectives and methods.
  • Manage and maintain comprehensive training records.
  • Oversee robust training programs for new hires, remediation, refreshers, and enhanced skills.
  • Provide constructive feedback to managers and staff, offering retraining or individual support to improve performance.
  • Develop routine audits of staff performance to ensure adherence to policies and processes.


Must-Have Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in a work-related field/discipline from an accredited college or university.
  • 5+ years of experience in teaching, curriculum development, and/or supply chain operations.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with both internal supply chain teams and external colleagues.
  • Proven capability to train and empower supply chain leaders to teach new skills to their teams.
  • Experience leveraging technology for educational and training purposes.


Nice-to-Have Qualifications:



  • 5+ years of teaching experience specifically within a supply chain environment.
