We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional to join their dynamic finance operations team through Aquent, making a direct and tangible difference in the efficiency and accuracy of their vendor and data collection processes.

As a vital member of the finance operations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and accurate processing of invoices and purchase requisitions. Your work will directly support the operational backbone of data collection and vendor platform initiatives, contributing to the financial health and operational integrity of a world-class organization.   • Location: Remote (must be able to work PST hours)
  • Pay Comments: W2, weekly pay, benefits, 401k w/ match

**Responsibilities:**

* Provide essential operational support for invoicing related to data collection and vendor platforms.

* Validate invoices meticulously against purchase orders and statements of work to ensure accuracy.

* Collaborate and coordinate effectively between internal teams and various vendor partners.

* Execute daily, weekly, and monthly activities and tasks in adherence to defined processes.

* Participate in review meetings with internal stakeholders to discuss progress and identify areas for improvement.

* Conduct metrics analysis and contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives.

* Initiate and raise purchase requisitions for data collection, vendor platform, and operational needs.

* Engage in additional mutually agreed-upon activities as assigned by the team manager, with priorities adjusted based on work volume.

**Qualifications:**

* 5-7 years of experience in a related financial or accounting support role.

* Strong aptitude for numbers and quantitative analysis.

* Fundamental understanding of basic finance principles.

* Proficiency with Excel for data tracking, analysis, and reporting.

* Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written (especially email correspondence).
