We are seeking a talented and driven individual to join their dynamic Affiliate Marketing Team, playing a pivotal role in scaling crucial partnerships and driving significant growth.

Are you ready to make a substantial impact by leading and optimizing strategic affiliate relationships? In this critical manager role, you will be at the forefront of expanding our affiliate ecosystem, directly influencing revenue growth and market penetration. You'll work cross-functionally to build, maintain, and optimize our affiliate program, focusing on key financial product verticals. Your expertise will be vital in shaping internal processes, driving compliance, and fostering strong internal and external stakeholder engagement. This is an incredible opportunity to leverage your analytical prowess and relationship-building skills to directly contribute to the success and expansion of our business.

**What You'll Do:**

* Maintain a deep understanding of lead generation and the day-to-day operations of managing affiliate partners and relationships.

* Optimize and develop affiliate programs, strategically growing affiliate accounts.

* Develop, close, and grow affiliate partnerships, optimizing from lead to revenue through negotiations and translating data into actionable strategies.

* Generate relationships through your own initiative, demonstrating a highly self-motivated and success-driven approach.

* Utilize data to drive optimization decisions on performance campaign strategies, placements, and creative.

* Scale volume efficiently using data and forecasted goals within the affiliate channel.

* Analyze data, optimize performance, identify areas of improvement, and recommend ways to increase affiliate-generated revenues.

* Develop an affiliate contact management strategy and recruit new affiliates through research, referrals, and other avenues.

* Collaborate with various internal teams, including engineering, data science, and marketing, to achieve ambitious goals.

* Work with senior leadership to develop internal strategy and structure for the Affiliate department that will support growth and long-term success.

**Required Skills & Experience:**

* 3+ years in Affiliate Marketing.

* 7+ years of overall professional experience.

* Bachelor's degree.

* Demonstrated knowledge of, adherence to, monitoring, and responsibility for compliance with state and federal regulations and laws as they pertain to this position.

* Data-driven mindset and experience in optimizing and scaling partnerships and/or performance campaigns.

* Experience with data reporting & affiliate marketing platforms.

* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

* Effective organizational and time management skills.

* Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

**Preferred Skills:**

* Experience in the Finance industry a plus.
