The Experience This role sits at the center of Salesforce's global audience intelligence function, leading enterprise audience strategy, segmentation, and targeting governance across campaigns, events, paid media, and sales activation programs. You'll partner with Data Science, Data 360, Analytics, and Field Marketing teams to build the audience-first intelligence layer that powers pipeline and revenue growth, while helping shape how AI-driven, agentic growth systems scale across every customer touchpoint. This is a hybrid role with three days in office each week.
What You'll Actually Be Doing
Define and evolve enterprise-wide audience intelligence and segmentation strategies using machine learning, behavioral signals, pipeline intelligence, engagement data, and intent signals to drive coordinated activation across campaigns, channels, and sales motions. Partner with Data 360, Data Science, Analytics, and Product teams to operationalize predictive insights, improve targeting precision, and build scalable audience frameworks that support AI-enabled and agentic growth systems. Partner with Data 360 Product teams to deliver advanced, conversational self-service audience capabilities that enable marketers to discover, build, and activate optimized audiences without requiring deep technical expertise, creating more consistent GTM motions across regions, campaigns, and business units. Own audience performance measurement and optimization by leveraging behavioral signals, pipeline intelligence, and segment-level insights to identify what drives campaign success, continuously evolving audience strategies through data-driven learning and AI-enabled decisioning. Lead contact acquisition and enrichment strategies to close coverage gaps within strategic accounts, partnering with data vendors and internal stakeholders to prioritize high-value opportunities, improve audience quality, and expand marketable reach. Define and maintain enterprise audience governance standards that bridge sales and marketing priorities, providing the segmentation frameworks, audience criteria, and data foundation that enable campaign and activation teams to execute agreed pipeline motions with precision, consistency, and scale. Establish scalable operational processes, automation, and enablement resources that reduce fragmentation across teams while incorporating feedback from Sales, Field Marketing, customer engagement signals, and evolving buying patterns to continuously strengthen audience intelligence and provide richer context for AI-powered targeting, recommendations, and future agentic workflows.
You're Our Person If...
You have strong SQL skills and hands-on experience querying databases, building audience segments, and managing data schemas. You have experience using Tableau or other business intelligence platforms to analyze audience performance, uncover trends, and translate complex data into actionable business recommendations. You have experience designing, implementing, or optimizing contact and lead scoring models that improve audience prioritization and campaign effectiveness. You have experience with marketing automation platforms, particularly building, activating, and optimizing audience segments across campaigns, customer journeys, and digital channels. You have worked in a global or multi-business-unit environment and understand how regional data nuances influence audience strategy, segmentation, and activation. You have a proven track record of partnering with Technical Product Managers, Data Engineers, Analytics, and Marketing Operations teams to deliver scalable marketing capabilities and data-driven solutions. You have experience leveraging AI tools, prompt engineering, or workflow automation to improve marketing processes and understand how AI systems use audience intelligence, behavioral signals, and business context to drive recommendations, personalization, and decision-making.

You hold a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant certification or Certified Marketing Cloud Developer credential. You have direct experience with Salesforce Data Cloud or Data360 for audience activation, segmentation, identity resolution, or audience orchestration. You've built enterprise audience intelligence frameworks, audience taxonomies, canonical segmentation models, or governance standards that scaled across multiple teams, business units, or regions. You have experience designing structured audience metadata, contextual data frameworks, or knowledge models that improve how AI-powered applications interpret customer signals and automate audience recommendations. You have helped design AI-powered marketing experiences, conversational audience discovery, or agentic workflows that leverage customer intelligence to automate targeting, audience optimization, and campaign activation.
