Description Release of Information Specialist II - Baby Registry Maine Medical Center, Brunswick Help ensure newborns and their families receive accurate and timely documentation during an important life moment. In this role, you'll process birth-related records, support Social Security and birth certificate documentation, respond to requests for patient information, and ensure compliance with HIPAA and regulatory requirements. You'll also assist with training new team members and delivering excellent customer service. Position Highlights
