Job Description The HR Coordinator plays a vital role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top operator talent while delivering comprehensive administrative support to the HR team across operations, compliance, budgeting, and procurement functions. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and a strong commitment to maintaining confidentiality in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment:
- Develop and implement strategic recruitment initiatives to attract premier semiconductor operator talent and oversee machine operator recruitment from start to finish
- Coordinate all aspects of the recruitment process for operator requisitions, including interview scheduling, candidate communications, and applicant tracking system maintenance
- Leverage diverse sourcing channels-including job boards, social media platforms, job fairs, and employee referral programs-to identify highly qualified candidates
- Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit
- Post job openings across multiple job boards and social media platforms to maximize visibility
- Procure and coordinate vendor services as needed to support recruitment efforts
- Ensure full compliance with OFCCP regulations and maintain comprehensive, accurate records
- Support recruiters with interview scheduling and coordination
Compliance and Risk Management:
- Ensure adherence to all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
- Conduct regular audits and reviews to verify the accuracy and currency of recruiting records and data
- Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks and liabilities
- Budgeting and Procurement
- Support budgeting and forecasting activities for recruiting-related expenses
- Manage Purchase Orders (POs) for vendors and suppliers with accuracy and efficiency
- Ensure strict compliance with company procurement policies and procedures
- Reconcile invoices and monitor expenses to maintain accurate budget tracking
Data Management and Analytics:
- Maintain precise and current recruiting data, including employee information, benefits records, and performance management documentation
- Generate insightful reports and analytics to inform recruiting decision-making and strategic planning initiatives
- Develop and maintain intuitive dashboards and metrics to monitor recruiting key performance indicators (KPIs)
Employee Relations and Communication:
- Deliver exceptional customer service to employees by promptly addressing recruiting-related inquiries and resolving issues efficiently
- Create and distribute clear, timely recruiting communications, including policies, procedures, and benefits information
Administrative Support:
- Manage the ordering and distribution of merchandise for job fairs and new hire orientation programs
- Assist in the planning and execution of company events, including the Holiday Party, Thanksgiving Luncheon, Team Building Events, Company BBQ, Celebrations, and Company Anniversary events
- Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned

Job Requirements
- 2 year degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field and/or relevant work experience
- 2+ years of experience in HR operations, recruitment, or a related field.
- Knowledge in HR systems, SAP, and applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus
- Strong organizational agility with a proven track record of handling competing priorities is preferred
- A strong customer-service mindset towards internal employees
