Job Title: Sales Compliance Analyst/ Medicare Compliance Analyst Location: Remote Duration: 12 months Contract
Job Description: Support the Sales Development Action Program (SDAP) by managing end-to-end SDAC administration, ensuring agent and agency compliance with regulatory, organizational, and operational requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage, investigate, document, and track SDAC cases, presenting findings to the committee for final decisions.
- Coordinate SDAP activities, including case creation, reporting, CRM updates, and sales support processes.
- Conduct compliance research on agent applications, violations, complaints, appeals, and reinstatements, providing recommendations based on policy and sound judgment.
- Ensure timely completion of remediation, counseling, and training requirements for SDAP cases.
- Maintain compliance with CMS, state, federal, and organizational regulations, ensuring accurate reporting and documentation.
- Serve as the subject matter expert for SDAP and Sales Integrity, supporting Sales, Operations, Compliance, and external partners.
- Act as liaison between the SDAC Committee, Sales teams, agents, and agencies, facilitating effective communication and issue resolution.
- Maintain Sales Integrity databases, process documentation, and support continuous process improvements.
- Deliver compliance training and guidance to internal and external stakeholders.
- Perform quality reviews, audits, reporting, and ad hoc projects to ensure operational excellence and regulatory compliance.
- Mentor team members, support cross-training initiatives, and provide technical guidance.
- Build collaborative relationships with internal and external partners while demonstrating professionalism, integrity, and strong communication skills.
Knowledge/Skills Required
- Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience -three to five years of experience in Medicare Advantage
- Knowledge of CMS and HealthSpring compliance policies and procedures
- High attention to detail, quality and accuracy
- Strong coordination and organizational skills
- Ability to communicate effectively and follow-up where needed
- Fast-learner and multi-tasking skills
- Ability to work independently in a matrixed environment
- Strong interpersonal and prioritization skills
- Sales and/or training experience recommended
- Strong written and verbal communication skills required
- Ability to handle multiple assignments, projects and deliverables simultaneously required
- Ability to work under pressure and flexible hours required
