We're looking for a full-time Loan Operations Specialist to join our Loan Operations team. This role supports the commercial lending function by handling a wide range of loan servicing, collateral tracking, and compliance-related tasks. You'll play a key role in maintaining accurate loan records, supporting regulatory requirements, and helping the department manage growth and increasing complexity.

Key Functions
  • Process and maintain commercial loan transactions, including payoffs, system updates, and loan record accuracy
  • Manage collateral documentation, including UCC tracking, title work, tickler follow-up, and collateral release
  • Support loan servicing activities such as onboarding, maintenance, and responding to internal and external inquiries
  • Coordinate participation loan activity, including remittances, reconciliations, wires, and communication with partner institutions
  • Assist with regulatory and compliance tasks, including HMDA review, audit support, and discrepancy resolution
  • Monitor flood and insurance portfolio to satisfy coverage and regulatory compliance requirements
  • Support construction loan tracking, including draw reviews and maintaining project documentation
  • Maintain organized loan files through imaging, indexing, and post-closing file review
What We're Looking For
  • Experience: 5+ years of loan servicing, processing, or related lending experience preferred
  • Ability to analyze and interpret loan data and supporting documentation
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements including HMDA and flood compliance
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and stay organized
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related systems
