Description Professional - Nonclinical Summary: The Senior Data Literacy Lead defines and executes the organization's data literacy strategy, building an enterprise-wide framework that strengthens how employees understand and use data in their daily work. This role is responsible for assessing organizational maturity, designing and delivering high-impact enablement programs, and ensuring literacy initiatives drive meaningful behavior change across clinical, operational, and administrative teams. As the organizational authority on data literacy, they lead the development of workshops, tools, and guidance that help non-analytical staff interpret and apply data effectively. They establish standards to ensure analytics outputs are accessible and well-contextualized, partner with teams to identify and address literacy gaps, and continuously evaluate program effectiveness. Through this work, they equip the workforce with the skills, language, and confidence needed to engage with data, improving decision-making and strengthening the organization's overall analytical capability.
