Studio at People Inc. is the in-house native content studio at People Inc. We produce content at the intersection of editorial credibility, cultural fluency, and creative innovation for some of the world's most iconic brands. The Lifestyle Studio, Integrated Production team is the backbone of this operation, turning bold creative into polished, authentic work that delivers impact for clients and audiences.

About the Position

The Senior Integrated Producer of the Lifestyle Group is a producer and team leader who manages some of Studio at People Inc.'s most complex branded content campaigns. The Senior Producer runs large-scale programs, mentors producers, and ensures campaigns are delivered with authenticity and platform-native thinking.

This role is hands-on in production but elevated in responsibility: Senior Integrated Producers are trusted to own on-set client relationships, guide Integrated Producers, and lead campaigns across video, photo, print, social-first, and experiential formats. They translate bold creative ideas into executable production plans, always balancing creative ambition with operational and financial realities.

Hybrid 3x a week- (NYC, NY)

In-office Expectations: This position is hybrid in-office, with the ability to work remotely for up to 2 days per week.

About The Positions Contributions:

Campaign Execution - 50%

  • Lead execution of large-scale integrated campaigns for the Lifestyle group.

  • Own day-to-day internal and external communications for production elements, providing confidence, clarity, and trusted guidance.

  • Shape production plans across a variety of formats, including video, photo, print, social-first, and experiential, aligning resources and workflows to creative strategy.

  • Ensure campaigns deliver editorial credibility and platform authenticity, according to briefs

  • Partner with Line Producers on budgets, contracts, and staffing, balancing creative ambition with financial discipline.

  • Partner with the Art Lead/Creative Director on the execution of the campaign's visual approach and on how best to achieve it.

  • Act as the leader of the production set, directing and leading crew, staff, talent, and other personnel to a smooth production and on-schedule shoot.

Campaign Pre-Sale - 25%

  • Partner with Sales, Content Strategy, and Creative to shape integrated campaign ideas that are sellable and executable.

  • Develop production approaches, scopes, timelines, and staffing plans that balance creative ambition with operational feasibility.

  • Build accurate production budgets, with the Line Producer, to identify cost efficiencies and establish realistic production assumptions during the proposal phase.

  • Advise on formats, location, and executional approaches that strengthen the pitches while protecting delivery and margin.

  • Identify production risks early and recommend solutions before campaigns are sold.

Team Development - 15%

  • Supervise and guide Integrated Producers and Video Creators, reviewing workstreams and deliverables to ensure quality and consistency.

  • Delegate appropriately, coaching Integrated Producers to grow in client-facing and creative problem-solving skills.

  • Serve as the first point of escalation for day-to-day production challenges before they reach the Executive Producer.

Innovation & Growth - 10%

  • Share insights on platform trends, cultural shifts, and new storytelling formats that keep campaigns relevant.

  • Experiment with new tools and approaches to elevate efficiency and creative impact

  • All other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications and Job Requirements

Education:

  • B.A. or B.S. preferred but not required and/or equivalent experience.

Experience:
  • Production experience in branded content and social.

  • Proven track record managing multi-format deliverables (print, video, photo, social).

  • Demonstrated ability to manage projects with a wide range of budgets.

  • Familiarity with social-first production and how to optimize content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, and emerging platforms.

  • Experience collaborating with editorial teams to ensure branded work meets editorial standards.

  • Experience collaborating effectively across multiple stakeholders and clients.

Specific Knowledge, Skills, Certifications, and Abilities:
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple simultaneous campaigns.

  • Confident communicator with excellent verbal and written skills.

  • Strong vendor management and negotiation experience.

  • Ability to mentor and inspire junior producers.

  • Passion for culture, lifestyle, and authentic storytelling.

Pay Range

Salary: New York: $105,000.00 - $125,000.00

The pay range above represents the anticipated low and high end of the pay range for this position and may change in the future. Actual pay may vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to work location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of People Inc's total compensation package for employees. Other compensation may include annual bonuses, and short- and long-term incentives.
