Since this is a hybrid role, must be able to work remotely and onsite, therefore, local to Greensboro, Reidsville, Burlington or the surrounding areas within the Triad) The Physician Recruitment Consultant partners with hiring leaders to design and implement recruitment plans that address the specific staffing needs for physicians in different organizational departments. Working under minimal supervision, this role consults with internal stakeholders to provide strategic guidance and recruitment services that will bring in key physician and provider talent to meet business needs and support organizational growth and increased patient access. Essential Job Function: Collaborates with hiring leaders to understand physician staffing needs, develop recruitment strategies, and define job requirements. Helps to source and attract qualified physicians through various channels, including job boards, conferences, social media, and referrals. Develops and maintains strong relationships with candidates, providing a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Provides guidance and expertise to hiring leaders on interview techniques, candidate selection, and best practices in talent acquisition. Conducts thorough candidate assessments, including resume reviews, phone screens, and interviews, to evaluate fit for both skills and culture. Manages the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to offer acceptance, to ensure consistent and accurate communication. Identifies best practices for physician recruitment to increase the effectiveness of processes in the organization. Performs other duties as assigned.
