Reporting directly to the Dean, this position willleada high-performing team of experienced professionals. The Darden Marketing Hub of Excellence The CMCO leadsa centralizedMarketing Hub of Excellence-a high-performance"hub"designed to:optimizeresources;scale creativeassets;anddeployleading-edge marketing technologies, including generative AI tools and automated workflows.The CMCOprovides the strategic vision, enterprise leadership and governancerequiredto manageand elevatethispremium global brand. Moving beyond traditional functional leadership, the CMCO sits at the intersection of institutional strategy,programgrowthandenterprise leadership. In alignment with the UVA brand, the leadersetstheSchool'sglobal brand standards that governSchool unitsandthe Darden School Foundation. The CMCO also provides direction fordata analytics,creative, media buying and user experience methodologies, providingDardenleaders withexcellent andscalable tools to drive enrollment and engagement. The role worksclosely withsenior leaders ofthe School and Foundationand themarketing and communicationfacultyto build a shared understanding oftheSchool'slong-term reputationand growthgoals and actionsaligned with thestrategic plan.
