Offering $19 to $20 per hour

This employee takes calls from Long Term Care customers, enters orders, and dispatches them to the appropriate service center.

Job Responsibilities:



  • Log for all incoming calls
  • Hours 9am to 6pm
  • Warehouse - cleaning of medical equipment
  • Add new residents to existing LTC customer database as necessary
  • Follow up on delivery of requested items
  • Answer questions and troubleshoot customer issues
  • After-hours dispatching when scheduled


  • Read and analyze documents such as customer orders
  • Communicating with co-workers and customers alike
  • Help with the training of employees
  • Apply common sense understanding to carry out oral and written instructions


Education and Experience:



  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED), related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Computer literacy is necessary


Physical Demands:

The employee may frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and may occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
