Privacy Officer

We are seeking an experienced and collaborative Privacy Officer to lead our organization's privacy program and ensure compliance with federal and state privacy regulations, including the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). This leadership role is ideal for a strategic professional who is passionate about safeguarding sensitive information, fostering a culture of compliance, and driving organizational excellence. As the Privacy Officer, you will oversee the development, implementation, and administration of the organization's privacy program while partnering with leaders across the health system to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and appropriate use of protected health information (PHI). In the absence of the Director of Compliance and Audit Services, you will also provide leadership for the Audit and Compliance department as assigned. Key Responsibilities
