Responsibilities:

  • Lead daily Food Services operations to ensure efficient, high-quality service.

  • Supervise, coach, and develop team members.

  • Ensure compliance with food safety, infection prevention, and organizational policies.

  • Support employee onboarding, training, and ongoing education.

  • Monitor department performance and implement quality improvements.

  • Coordinate equipment maintenance and repair.

  • Maintain departmental policies, procedures, and operational standards.

  • Assist with budget management and resource utilization.

  • Collaborate with leaders to achieve departmental and organizational goals.

  • Maintain accurate department records and operational systems.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

  • Associate's degree, certification, vocational training, or higher education in a related field preferred.

  • Three to five years of leadership or management experience required; healthcare or food service management experience preferred.
