As Senior Manager, Private Brand Marketing Strategy & Planning, you will play a key role in shaping how the private brand comes to life for members. We are looking for a highly collaborative marketer who can translate business priorities into integrated marketing plans, connect strategy to execution, and lead complex initiatives across a broad network of partners.

This role sits at the center of the private brand ecosystem, partnering closely with merchandising, product development, creative, social, media, and marketing teams to bring new products, seasonal campaigns, and brand storytelling initiatives to market. What You Will Do

  • Marketing Strategy & Planning: Develop integrated marketing plans that support private brand business priorities, product launches, seasonal initiatives, and brand storytelling efforts. Translate business objectives into actionable marketing strategies that drive member engagement and business growth.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Serve as a key connector across merchandising, product development, creative, social, media, marketing operations, and channel planning teams. Build alignment, influence stakeholders, and drive execution across multiple workstreams.
  • Campaign Development & Activation: Lead the development of marketing briefs, planning processes, and activation strategies that bring private brand initiatives to life across paid, owned, earned, digital, and in-club channels.
  • Business Partnership: Partner closely with private brand business leaders and category teams to understand priorities, identify opportunities, and ensure marketing plans support broader business objectives.
  • Project Leadership & Execution: Manage complex initiatives from strategy through launch, balancing multiple priorities while ensuring timelines, deliverables, and business goals are achieved.
  • Performance & Optimization: Monitor campaign performance, identify insights, and recommend opportunities to improve effectiveness, efficiency, and member impact.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously seek opportunities to improve ways of working, streamline planning processes, and increase speed-to-market across the private brand portfolio.
  • Perform other duties needed to contribute to marketing goals and organization's values.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field and 1 year experience in marketing or a related field OR 5 years experience in marketing or a related field.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in business administration or related field.
  • 3 years experience in marketing or a related field.
  • Background in business strategic planning; leveraging a data-driven, analytical approach to problem solving and decision making.
  • Proficiency in developing dashboards and executive-level presentations.
  • Demonstrated record of delivering results in large, complex, matrixed organizations.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.


The target hiring compensation range for this role is $55.00/hr to $61.00/hr. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
