**Key Responsibilities:**

* **Strategic Program Leadership:** Lead the coordination and comprehensive project management for significant upcoming program launches, ensuring all elements are meticulously planned and executed. This includes managing workbook schedules, tracking milestones, and overseeing all necessary documentation, such as central knowledge hubs.

* **Operational Excellence:** Own and optimize programmatic and operational work streams for key educational accelerator initiatives, driving adoption and identifying process improvements to streamline onboarding experiences.

* **Cross-Functional Alignment:** Facilitate seamless collaboration across diverse internal teams and external partners, coordinating to align strategies ahead of launch and facilitating regular synchronization meetings across the team.

* **Communication & Documentation Mastery:** Streamline internal and external communications through structured updates, manage editorial and content calendars, and meticulously maintain all program documentation. This includes drafting and managing external communications and compiling weekly roundup emails.

* **AI-Powered Automation:** Act as a power user of AI tools, actively seeking and implementing opportunities to automate go-to-market (GTM) processes, external communications, and project management trackers to supercharge team efficiency.

* **Content Integrity:** Lead regular refreshes of collateral and team documentation, ensuring all shared information remains accurate, current, and impactful for both internal and external stakeholders.

**Qualifications:**

**What you'll bring:**

* Proven experience in project and program management, particularly in coordinating large-scale launches or initiatives.

* Demonstrated ability to manage complex schedules, track milestones, and drive projects to successful completion.

* Strong organizational skills with an aptitude for process improvement and operational streamlining.

* Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with experience in drafting external communications, facilitating team syncs, and managing documentation.

* Proficiency in leveraging AI tools and technologies to enhance productivity and automate workflows.

* Experience in managing content calendars and ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of information.

* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment, coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
