*Location:* SPRING TX *Workplace Type:* On-site *Placement Type:* Contract-to-Hire (4 months) *About the Role* We are seeking *empathetic, **bilingual (Spanish-English) Customer Service Agents* to join our growing call center in Northwest Houston. As the first point of contact for our Medicare Advantage members, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional service and building trust. This is a full-time, on-site position in a collaborative, open-air workspace with natural light and ample parking. *Key Responsibilities* * Respond to inbound inquiries from Medicare Advantage members with accuracy, empathy, and professionalism. * Assist with questions related to benefits, claims, enrollment, and clinical services. * Navigate multiple systems and tools to resolve member issues while maintaining a human connection. * De-escalate concerns and provide personalized solutions. * Document interactions and share feedback to improve processes and member experience. * Ensure compliance with operational procedures and regulatory requirements. *Must-Have Skills* * *Bilingual (Spanish-English)* * Minimum *2+ years of experience* in a customer-facing role (call center, healthcare, hospitality, or similar high-touch environment). * Strong empathy and active listening skills. * Tech-savvy with the ability to manage multiple systems simultaneously. * Resilient, accountable, and comfortable in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. *Nice-to-Have Skills* * Help desk or technical support experience. * healthcare (Memory Care, Hospice, Oncology). *Job Type & Location* This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Houston, TX. *Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00/hr.
