JOB DESCRIPTION:

SUMMARY OF POSITION
The Senior Talent Acquisition Business Partner partners with clinical, operational, and organizational leaders to attract, assess, and hire talent across Centerstone. This role serves as a strategic recruiting consultant, developing proactive hiring plans and talent acquisition strategies that support workforce needs, organizational growth, and service delivery goals.

Success in this role is measured by the ability to identify, engage, and hire high-quality candidates while delivering an exceptional experience for hiring leaders and candidates. The Sr. Talent Acquisition Business Partner leverages labor market intelligence, innovative sourcing strategies, recruitment marketing, AI-enabled recruiting technology, talent intelligence tools, and workforce analytics to build talent pipelines and improve hiring outcomes in a highly competitive behavioral healthcare market.

This position collaborates closely with hiring managers, HR partners, staffing coordinators, marketing teams, educational institutions, and community partners to attract mission-driven professionals who are passionate about improving the health and well-being of the communities Centerstone serves. The Sr. Talent Acquisition Business Partner supports continuous improvement efforts, embraces innovation, and contributes to a culture of collaboration, connection, and accountability.

This position supports Centerstone's Indiana market. Candidates must reside in Indiana and be able to travel up to 25% throughout Centerstone's Indiana footprint to support hiring activities, stakeholder partnerships, and recruitment events.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Serve as a strategic talent acquisition partner tohiringmanagers, clinical leaders, and operational stakeholders by developing proactive recruiting strategies that support workforce planning, growthobjectives, and service delivery needs.
  • Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts for assigned business areas, including intake consultations, sourcing strategy development, candidate assessment, interview facilitation, offer management, and candidate engagement throughout the hiring process.
  • Build andmaintainrobust talent pipelines for behavioral health, healthcare, leadership, and other critical positions through proactive sourcing, networking, community partnerships, university relations, employee referrals, and targeted talent engagement initiatives.
  • Utilize modern recruiting technologies, including Applicant Tracking Systems, CRM platforms, AI-enabled sourcing tools, talent intelligence platforms, recruitment marketing solutions, and workforce analytics to improve hiring outcomes, recruiter efficiency, and candidate experience.
  • Develop and execute innovative sourcing and recruitment marketing strategiesutilizingsocial media, digital campaigns, professional organizations, virtual recruiting events, networking opportunities, and passive candidate outreach to attract diverse and qualified talent.
  • Analyze recruiting metrics, labor market trends, talent availability, and competitive intelligence to provide data-driven recommendations and continuously improve recruitment effectiveness.
  • Partner with Marketing, Human Resources, and operational leaders to strengthen employer brand awareness and support recruiting initiatives that position Centerstone as an employer of choice within the behavioral healthcare industry.
  • Provide guidance and consultation to hiring managers and interview teams on selection practices, candidate evaluation, market conditions, and hiring decisions to ensure effective and consistent recruitment outcomes.
  • Foster a positive candidate and hiring manager experience through clear communication, responsiveness, professionalism, anda high levelof customer service throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Identifyopportunities for process improvement, technology optimization, and recruiting innovation while ensuring compliance with employment regulations, organizational policies, andrecruitmentbest practices.
  • Manage a high-volume requisition workload across large geographic regions and perform other duties as assigned.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

  • Strong verbal, written, interpersonal, and presentation communication skills.
  • Strong technical skills withproficiencyin Microsoft Office and recruiting technologies.
  • Advanced knowledge of full-cycle recruiting, sourcing strategies, candidate assessment methodologies, and talent acquisition best practices.
  • ExperienceutilizingApplicant Tracking Systems, CRM platforms, sourcing tools, recruitment analytics, and talent intelligence technologies.
  • Knowledge of AI-enabled recruiting tools and their application in sourcing, talent mapping, candidate engagement, pipeline development, and recruitment process optimization.
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills with the ability to effectively communicate with candidates, hiring managers, clinicians, and executive stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to build trusted partnerships and provide consultative support to hiring leaders.
  • Strong understanding of behavioral healthcare, healthcare workforce trends, and competitive labor markets.
  • Ability to analyze recruiting metrics, KPIs, hiring trends, and workforce data to develop actionable recruiting strategies.
  • Proven ability to source passive candidates and develop long-term talent pipelines for difficult-to-fill positions.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and high-volume requisition workloads whilemaintainingquality and responsiveness.
  • Strong organizational, project management, and time management skills.
  • Ability toidentifyopportunities for continuous improvement and drive process enhancements.
  • Knowledge of employment laws, compliance requirements, and ethical recruiting practices.
  • Commitment to delivering exceptionalcandidateand hiring manager experiences.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced, team-oriented environment focused on connection, collaboration, and shared success.

QUALIFICATIONS
Education Level

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field. Years of experience in Human Resources may be substituted for educational requirements.

Years of Experience

  • A minimum of five years of experience in full-cycle recruiting.
  • Experience recruiting behavioral health and/or healthcare providers.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably Workday.
  • Experience with various background screening types.
  • Experience multitasking in fast-paced, strategic environments.
  • Experience managing a requisition load 30+ requisitions across large state geographies.
  • Ability to travel regionally up to 25%.

Pay Range:

$55,900.00--$78,330.00
