The CommandCentral Training Delivery Team designs and delivers software training to the public safety sector. We are committed to providing thoughtful, instructor-led training which allows customers to focus on their mission and enables them to respond faster with smarter and safer decisions. The CommandCentral software suite includes Community Engagement, NG 9-1-1 Call Management, Voice & Computer Aided Dispatch, Real Time Intelligence Operations, Field Response and Reporting, and Records & Evidence Management. Job DescriptionWe are looking for a dynamic individual with a combination of traits to conduct hands-on virtual and classroom instruction for Cloud software technologies. In this role you will be responsible for supporting ongoing technical/end-user training activities within Global Education, with added focus on the user experience, customer workflows, and quality of the training. This ideal candidate should have a good blend of initiative, instructional experience, technical background, and adaptability to effectively tailor and enhance the customer education experience for varying student levels, from end users to system administrators in the Public Safety environment. The ideal candidate will be effective at facilitating training classes in-person and virtually using live customer and/or demo software environments, documentation, and minimal slide content.
