What You'll Do:
  • Plan, schedule, coordinate, and monitor products throughout the production lifecycle
  • Work from engineering plans and production specifications to support manufacturing schedules
  • Coordinate production plans to ensure materials are available when needed
  • Monitor production orders and help resolve scheduling conflicts, shortages, and delays
  • Collaborate with Manufacturing, Logistics, Supply Chain, and Order Management teams to support operational goals
  • Assist with labor loading, capacity planning, and production prioritization activities
  • Support master scheduling processes and manufacturing material requirements
  • Help identify and resolve issues that could impact on-time delivery
Job Requirements
What You'll Bring:
  • 2+ years of experience in production planning, manufacturing operations, supply chain, logistics, or a related business environment
  • 2+ years of experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to support production schedules, inventory management, or operational objectives
  • 1+ year of experience using Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or a related field preferred
  • 1+ year of experience using ERP platforms such as SAP, QuickBase, or similar business systems preferred
  • 1+ year of experience utilizing reporting or analytics tools such as Power BI preferred
  • ASCM/APICS certification preferred
What Sets You Apart:
  • Experience in manufacturing, production planning, or scheduling environments
  • Experience using SAP, Quickbase, or similar ERP/business systems
  • Familiarity with Power BI and data reporting tools
  • APICS or other ASCM certification
  • Strong teamwork and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to adapt quickly and learn new systems and processes
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Additional Information:
  • Required onsite every Wednesday (anchor day)
  • Additional onsite work may be required based on business needs
