JOB SUMMARY

Looking for an opportunity to work in a fast-paced health-care industry that cares for people in need? This role is responsible for supporting end-to-end recruitment activities and best practices including planning, attracting, sourcing, screening, interviewing and hiring Membership Sales candidates while ensuring a positive candidate experience. As a recruiter, this person holds regular requisitions. This person will collaborate closely with various stakeholders including coordinators, recruiters and hiring managers to identify and attract the right candidates for the right roles and who align with our company culture and values.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/DUTIES

* Provides recruitment support and expertise in effectively attracting, sourcing and acquiring qualified people internally and externally for our organization's needs.

* Partners and consults with recruitment team members and hiring managers to understand workforce needs, skillset requirements, and profiles of ideal candidates and advises on the best approach to find the right candidates.

* Promote and advertise job postings using best practices including managing description updates, and job board posting support, all to help attract the right talent for the position.

* Screen candidates by resume analysis and phone screens to determine if their qualifications and skills meet the requirements for our positions and share insights with hiring managers.

* Applies a sales approach to communicate key info with qualified applicants including job duties, responsibilities, work schedules, compensation and benefits packages, company culture and values.

* Supports the interview process ensuring hiring managers are aligned, prepared and candidates have a positive experience.

* Provides candidate feedback and supports a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.

* Collaborates with Talent Acquisition leaders and hiring team to gather feedback and advise on hiring decisions and offers support.

* Act as a brand ambassador representing the organization at career fairs, school campus events and other networking functions to develop and maintain strong relationships and expand sourcing pipelines while building a positive reputation for GMR.

* Demonstrated ability to lead by example and provide constructive feedback to other team members

* Adept grasp on technology with strong desire and ability to learn new technologies and systems

* Ability to utilize applicant tracking systems and other reporting programs to educate supported teams

on requisition activity and applicant pipelines

* Subject matter expert on supported markets and business units

* Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize

* Ability to communicate and lead sessions with internal clients at all levels of the organizing; forging solid relationships

* Strong internal motivation. Must have the ability to work independently but also contribute as part of a cohesive team

QUALIFICATIONS

Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field

Experience:

• 5 years of recruiting/ related experience required
• Experience with ICIMS and Workday
