Role Summary: Reporting to the People Experience & Communication Manager, the HR Administrator & Receptionist is a key member of the Human Resources team. The person in this role will work to perform a variety of clerical and administrative tasks to support the organization.

Exciting work you will do:

The essential duties and responsibilities of this position will consist of, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Receptionist duties such as greeting visitors, directing people at the office, and handling general inquiries.
  • Professionally administer incoming calls ensuring phone calls are handled accordingly.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring filing, requests, mailing, scanning, and faxing is completed in a timely manner.
  • Support internal and external inquiries and requests related to the Human Resource department.
  • Support the coordination of corporate meetings and events.
  • Support Executive Leadership with requests.
  • Manage email correspondence and maintain the corporate office calendar.
  • Support ad-hoc clerical tasks as needed.
  • Prepare conference rooms and training rooms for meetings.
  • Assist with securing catering and other needs for events and meetings.
  • Facilitate corporate travel plans as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.

What you will need:

  • Work Experience: Entry Level.
  • Education: High school or equivalent.
  • Analytics/Computer Skills: 2 years' experience working with MS Office.
  • Organization Skills: Highly organized and detail-oriented; ability to multi-task and shift priorities as needed; ability to work in a fast-paced, continuously evolving, and at times ambiguous environment.
  • Cross-functional skills: Ability to work well cross-functionally; provides excellent internal and external customer service.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to communicate well with all levels of the organization; strong interpersonal and customer service skills; high degree of discretion when dealing with sensitive and confidential information.

Qualifications we prefer but do not require:

  • Work Experience: 2 years' experience in administrative support within a complex business with multiple divisions.
