Description

* Overall performance responsibility for property-owned food and beverage operations (restaurant outlets, banquet food prep operations for convention center, multiple bar outlets, and VIP Lounge).
* Responsible for budgetary functions of the food and beverage department, including preparing and managing financial performance to maximize overall profitability contribution of all F&B outlets.
* Reviews payroll numbers to determine number of FTEs needed.
* Studies and standardizes procedures to improve efficiency of F&B outlets.
* Promote cross department relationships and encourage productive attitudes - at all times.
* Must be able to stand, sit, and walk for prolong periods of time (7+ hours).
* Knowledgeable of the Indiana Gaming regulations as well as the company's internal controls, policies, and procedures.
* Always follow the Company Service Standards model.
* Must be available for regularly scheduled work and be able to work a variety of hours, holidays, and weekends.
* Other duties may be assigned at any time.

Qualifications
Education
Bachelors (preferred)
Experience
Managed Restaurants, Banquets, or Beverage Departments (preferred)
Undergraduate college degree, five years management experience in related food and/or beverage areas (preferred)
Food and Beverage Operations (preferred)
Licenses & Certifications
IN Gaming License LEVEL 2 (required)
