These principles shape our culture and define what it means to succeed at our firm. StoneTurn is seeking a qualified Consultant to join our Construction & Real Estate practice. ROLE SUMMARY In this position you will be responsible for the execution of client engagements as it relates to advisory, investigation, litigation and compliance matters. You will add value to our team by having experience and technical expertise within multiple industries including construction and real estate. This position requires you to be a person with superior organization, technical and communication (written and verbal) skills. ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES * Perform real estate pipeline management tasks at various stages of the deal flow to provide up-to-date and accurate revenue forecasting. * Review and analyze equity and debt fee terms experience for real estate transaction agreements in accordance with the property location and state regulations. * Conduct property research for mortgage and other loan information. * Assist with Asset Transaction coordination including sales process, court approval, closing and disposition. * Assist with tenant management, as applicable. * Apply expertise to complex matters and experience reviewing, analyzing, and summarizing client documents and analyses. * Create and develop client deliverables and present findings, presenting to senior management, Partners, and external stakeholders. * Execute multiple priorities and projects, delivering of timely preparation and quality client deliverables while communicating project and task status to internal team members. * Work amongst multiple StoneTurn practice areas to deliver coordinated services. * Participate in business development initiatives; researching and identifying opportunities to assist in expanding existing client base. * Assist with the proposal process including the preparation of budget estimates. * Demonstrate professionalism and foster a team-oriented environment through a positive and cooperative attitude and by maintaining the confidential and proprietary nature of client relationships and related work product. * Assist with engagement management administration, including billing and conflict checks as needed. QUALIFICATIONS / IDEAL CANDIDATE * Bachelor's degree in business including accounting and finance or related field * 1+ year of experience with professional services * Broad industry experience; industry experience within construction and real estate is a plus * Demonstrated experience in real estate transaction coordination and closing as an executional team member within publicly or privately held organizations. * Foundational experience in project management concepts in real estate and construction. * Overall knowledge of real estate management methods, approaches, and generally accepted practices. * Experience in monitoring and analyzing monthly and quarterly real estate forecasts for pipeline management purposes. * Flexibility with the travel requirements of client engagements * Excellent organizational, and verbal/written communication skills * Demonstrated ability to perform technical projects, manage team and client expectations * Excellent prioritization skills * Commitment to exemplary client service delivery OUR BENEFITS Our benefits include, but are not limited to: Excellent salary and bonus plans Competitive benefits package Company 401K plan AFFIRMATIVE ACTION/EEO STATEMENT: Our firm provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment in accordance with applicable federal, state, or local laws.
