A Day in Your Life at MKS: As the CNC Mechanic 1, you will help our maintenance team in installing, repairing, and maintaining machinery and equipment. You will also perform regular inspections of machinery and equipment, carry out preventative maintenance, troubleshoot faulty machinery and diagnose the root cause of the malfunction using diagnostic tools and problem-solving abilities. These activities will all involve close collaboration with other mechanical maintenance technicians and production workers. In this role you will report to the Machine Shop Operations Manager. You Will Make an Impact By: . Cleaning and organizing the inventory and maintaining shop area, parts, tools, and supplies. . Preforming other assignments as needed. . Shop Compliance: Maintain safety protocols, keep tools and the workspace organized, and adhere to environmental/hazardous waste guidelines. Compensation and Benefits: Pay Range: $26.11 - 44.18 per hour. This range is a good faith estimate of the expected salary range for this position, based on a wide range of factors including qualifications, experience and training, operational and business needs and other considerations permitted by law.At MKS, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for the role. Bonus: This position is eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, in an amount to be determined by MKS [or as applicable].
