DEPARTMENT: Administration UNIT: Tacoma Citadel Corps POSITION TITLE: Finance Clerk / Office Aide REPORTS TO: Business Operations Manager STATUS: Temporary, Part Time; Non-Exempt 20 hrs/week (M-W-F) This is a temporary position starting in June 2026 and working approximately through December 31, 2026, with the end date subject to change based on program needs. SCOPE OF POSITION: The temporary Finance Clerk / Office Aide is responsible for the fiscal operations of The Salvation Army Tacoma Citadel Corps and Social Services. The Finance Clerk / Office Aide works with the Business Operations Manager and Corps Officers to ensure that all accounts payable and financial donations are recorded and processed. During the Christmas season, they also ensure that Red Kettle donations are counted and deposited, per policy. ESSENTIAL FINANCE CLERK / OFFICE AIDE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Work Schedule / Location: This position is located at The Salvation Army Tacoma Corps in Tacoma, Washington. The schedule is based on program needs.
